The minimum age for participation at the Italian language school is 18, although students of 16 plus can participate if accompanied by their parents or an adult chaperone. Otherwise we require a declaration signed by both parents stating their agreement to their child taking part in courses here and stating their agreement to being responsible for all costs involved.
Children under 16 can unfortunately not be accepted at our school as we are an Italian language school for adults. Some of our teachers are qualified to teach children too. Special Italian courses for groups of children can be organised but it would be required that the children are either accompanied by their parents or a responsible group leader.
There is no upward age limit for our Italian language courses in Tropea. Also older language students are welcome here too and don't have to feel inhibited due to age. Our Italian language groups are so small that Italian lessons can be made to cater to your individual needs. Our oldest student in 2007 was 83 years old!
For senior groups who would like to remain in each other‘s company, we offer these special programmes language courses for seniors.
