Anreise mit dem ZugTrenitalia has a website where timetables can be checked. We would be happy to help you as much as we can but for organisational reasons we are unable to book train tickets for you. This can be done at your local train station.

For a peaceful, stress-free journey, we recommend booking a 1st class ticket as there is only a small difference in price between 1st and 2nd class tickets.

We also recommend the City Night Line which takes you to Rome from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You travel overnight and reach Rome at 9am. The Comfortline sleeping cars are available as Economy Class compartments with wash basin or Deluxe compartments each with shower and WC.

From Rome your journey continues to Lamezia Terme. Trains leave Rome every hour (EC or IC) and travel via Naples in the direction of Reggio Calabria. The journey takes you straight to Lamezia, no need for you to change trains. From Lamezia you can take a regional train to Tropea, but we can of course pick you up at the station.

This transfer in our school's own mini-bus is included in our Italian language school's inscription fee.
